Very beautiful and quiet and excellent porsche location Stayed for 90 days as was on a business trip, very beautiful and comfortable rooms, outside walking area and an in house gym all are quiet comfortable. A nice garden and clean and green atmosphere. A beautiful coffee shop and restaurant which makes you keep live all the time.

We stayed in October, and they had turned the AC off in the rooms so they were really stuffy. No fan, no air movement. Leaving the windows open was not an option because of street noise.
Although the agreement was to pay for one night in advance, they charged the whole amount in advance (at the time of booking) 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. Then it was difficult to get a receipt.
Inflexible — even about changing dates 2-3 weeks in advance.
Closet had a motion detection light that would just randomly come on for no reason — and it couldn’t be shut off.
Location — far away from town.(about 30 euro)

Pros:
Room was clean and comfortable.
Food was good (although I asked for hot tea for lunch and was told “no”)
Hotel is attractive and had good conference facilities. read less

The shower was clogged and there were some wears and tears in the bathroom.Attentive staff and very good breakfast quality and quantity wise. The restaurant is good and cosy however the common areas may need some touch and the bar area, especially the outdoor part needs some improvement. can be considered as a good alternative to the hotels in Kifissia if you catch a good rate. Rooms near the main road can be noisy. read less

Friendly business hotel Very stylish business hotel in wealthy part of Athens. Small but nice and modern rooms, very good local breakfast and good services. Hotel is connected with business center with great conference hall and big lobby. Services also perfect.

You are located far away of the touristic center, so you get more i touch with `real`Athens. The area seemed us very safe. In the center of Nea Erithtrea – some 10-15 min. by feet – you find both local taverns and sophisticated restaurants. By taxi, it takes about 10 min./5 € to go to Metro-Station Kifissià. About 30 min. later you are downtown Athens. The advantage staying a bit outside is, that the place is located a bit higher and so it is much fresher than in the lower centre.
If you are sensitive to noise, you should consider that the hotel is near to a street with plenty of traffic, so you cannot sleep with open windows. But the noise is drasticly reduced with closed windows. read less

The room was clean and big enough, with a little kettle to have some tea and big comfortable bed, nice equiped bathroom. The only thing (for me) that was missing was a bedside lamp with warm light, because the led-white light that was in the room was rather cold and not so comfortable.

The area is very beautiful and the buildings are a sample of high architectural design of the early 60’s. Staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast is traditional Greek with influence from Thessaloniki which I like very much. The only small disadvantage is that the place is about 30′ to 45′ from the city center. read less

Great hotel We only stayed for a night passing through.The hotel is ideally located if you are travelling as it has almost direct access to the Athens-Thessaloniki national highway. The grounds are beautiful and guarded 24/7 with parking space available at no extra charge.

Keep in mind Kifissia is around half an hour from downtown Athens and sightseeing.
But the area has many bars restaurants and interesting shopping options.
The room was a decent size with good A/C , the only problem for us being a weird mouldy smell probably from the bathroom.
The staff is very polite and ready to assist anytime with any request and most of all always with a smile .
Breakfast is A la carte and and very tasty , the cafe / breakfast area is so nice that it is worth visiting for a cup of coffee even if you are not staying at the hotel. read less

They even laid on a blessing by a priest when we arrived !!!

Nice experience A modern hotel with all the accommodations , a little bit far from the city in case you want to tour around , nice and clean rooms , polite staff , interesting breakfast with several tasty options sweet and sour .

a jewellery for Athens city Stayed for a while between our trip to Greek islands again. An old fashion building became an awesome hotel! Excellent decorative rooms with modern style and the same for the restaurant, common areas…etc Prompt service and professional! Highly recommended!
